Carnivores Meat Market is firing up something big for the Route 66 Centennial Celebration.
We’re launching the 1st Annual St. Robert Backyard Pitmaster Competition — open to the public and built for anyone who believes they can grill, smoke, season, and serve with the best of them.
This is your chance to compete for prizes, earn major bragging rights, and help kick off what we plan to make an annual St. Robert tradition.

How the Competition Works
Every competitor will receive the same raw products from Carnivores Meat Market:
1 pork cut
1 beef cut
1 poultry cut
Competitors may pick up their competition meats at Carnivores Meat Market 24 hours prior to August 1 so they can marinate, season, or prep as they wish.
The only major rule: all grilling and smoking must be done on site.
Bring your grill game. Bring your flavor. Bring the heat.
